Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Restocks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Restocks is a multi-seller platform for Shopify stores. It connects a Shopify store, lets shop administrators invite sellers, and handles inventory allocation, fulfillment, invoicing, and notifications across the connected store.

Restocks is a business-to-business (B2B) tool intended for merchants and sellers acting in a professional or commercial capacity. It is not directed at consumers acting outside their trade or profession.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Authentication is provided through Discord; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity under your Restocks account.

• Provide accurate listing, inventory, and pricing information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, and with Shopify's and any other connected platform's terms.
• Fulfill orders and honour the obligations associated with your listings.
• Not misuse the platform or interfere with other users.

Restocks relies on third-party services, including your Shopify store connection and StockX market data. We do not control these services and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or continued access. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

Where fees apply, they are presented to you before they are charged. Settlement invoices are generated by the platform according to the configured tax mode. You are responsible for the taxes applicable to your own activity.

You agree not to use Restocks for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt the service, or to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

The Restocks platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by The Seed Technology, S.L. and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party data (such as market pricing) will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Seed Technology, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory consumer protections under EU and Spanish law continue to apply. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
